Lee personally oversaw the trading of 400-500,000 metric tons of steel annually, facilitating transactions between Malaysia and Indonesia to destinations spanning the USA, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. He played a pivotal role in pioneering the initial 400,000 metric tons iron ore venture and provided crucial assistance in the scrap business.
